The brand’s proprietary data includes:
Public Brand data consists of brand information publicly displayed on YouTube and Twitch: brand names mentioned in channel or video descriptions or in channel names, links integrated in video descriptions or overlaid on videos and pointing to brand websites. This data also includes the YouTube IDs of videos and channels that include those names and links in their metadata. We collect and process brand public data through APIs collecting public information from YouTube and Twitch.
Creators, influencers and social network account managers can connect their channels on YouTube to our platform through Google authentication. By doing this, they can authorize our platforms (Wizdeo Analytics, Influencer Access and/or Wizapp) to use non-personal but private ( i.e. non visible to other users on social media) information on their account such as channel’s audience demographics and geography, YouTube revenues, Network affiliation, videos’ watchtime, video views’ traffic source, proprietary claims strikes and related information. Public creator data consists of creator information publicly displayed on YouTube and Twitch: videos and video metadata such as description, captions, number of views, comments, channels and channel metadata such as number of subscribers and channel description
Processed proprietary data, whether brand or Creator proprietary data, is only accessible to the data provider (the brand or the Creator depending on the case), third parties designated by the data provider and Wizdeo employees for purposes of processing data for the data provider. In no case, will this information be shared with third parties or competitors, nor will it be used by Wizdeo employees for anything other than optimizing services for the data provider.
If the data provider wishes to remove their proprietary data from Wizdeo’s platform, they may request its removal by reaching out to their designated point of contact or by emailing privacy@wizdeo.com. However, Public brand data such as brand name, identified sponsored videos… will remain accessible on our platform as long as it is publicly displayed

Data is stored on Google servers, and we therefore benefit from the security implemented by Google Cloud.
You retain ownership of your proprietary data. We process your data based on the instructions you provide via the User Interface or API of the relevant Wizdeo service (i.e., we act as the Data Processor). We give you full control over your service data, allowing you to access it and request its export or deletion by contacting your Wizdeo point of contact or by sending an email at privacy@wizdeo.com.
All our infrastructure is hosted on Google's Cloud services, and we therefore benefit from the security implemented by Google Cloud. Google Cloud employs a comprehensive range of security measures, including data encryption, IAM controls, network security, audit logs, compliance with global standards, and AI-driven threat detection, to protect customer data and ensure secure cloud environments. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you want to close your account on any of our platforms, you can do so by contacting our privacy support at privacy@wizdeo.com.
You can unsubscribe from newsletters and other non-essential communications by using the Unsubscribe option provided in all such emails.
